1.What is the lock-riveting SPR joining? The rivet penetrates the first layer of material and the intermediate layer material under the action of an external force, and flows and stretches in the underlying material to form a rivet joint process of intermeshing permanent plastic deformation. This process is called a lock-riveting SPR joining. The riveting joint has a high tensile strength and shear strength, and is called a rivet joint. As shown figure1. |
