Intelligent Pull Riveting Technology

 

1.Lock-bolt technology

Working principle:

The locking bolts contain high strength core rod and collar. The high-strength mandrel is inserted into the pre-formed hole from one side of the workpiece, and the collar is sleeved on the high-strength mandrel from the other side. The high-strength mandrel and the collar form a permanent joint under the axial tensile force and the radial pressing force. 

Process:

 

Main features (compared to traditional bolt connections)
Assembly efficiency is higher than ordinary bolting
High dynamic fatigue strength and high reliability
Permanent mechanical locking bolts without tightening torque control
Assembly quality is guaranteed by equipment and high consistency

2.Lock-BOM technology

Working principle:
Under the combined action of the axial tensile force and the radial pressing force, the locking rivet plastically deforms in a special mold and flows into the ring groove of the high-strength core rod to form a mutually inlaid, permanent non-detachable connection.
The locking rivet is a one-side high-strength rivet for closed riveting applications.

Process:

 

Main feature:
High dynamic fatigue strength, higher mechanical properties than ordinary rivets
Single side mounting, especially for blind hole applications
High efficiency and reduced installation time

 

3.Rivet nut technology

Working principle:
The rivet nut is pre-screwed into the rivet gun and is inserted into the pre-opening;hole, under the action of external force, the deformation zone of the nut is compressed and deformed, Material to achieve reliable connection.

 

Process:

 

Main feature:
Solve the problem of high-strength rooting on various boards;
Solve high-strength riveting and rooting problems between multi-layer boards;
High clamping force, eliminating inter-plate clearance;
High shear/tensile strength, determined by material grade;
Assembly quality consistency is higher than welding process;
Stroke control and tension control mode to ensure riveting quality.

4.Rivet stud technology

Working principle:
The rivet stud includes a rivet nut and a screw, and the screw is screwed into the rivet gun and is inserted into the metal slab with the pre-opening; under the action of the external force, the deformation zone of the nut is compressed and plastically deformed. The deformation part forms a lock clamping substrate to achieve a reliable connection.

 

Process:

 

Main feature:
Can be accessed from only one side
Thin carrier material (metal plate, plastic, etc.)
Need to pre-align
Thermally sensitive application materials (eg: not solderable)
Can not destroy the surface coating
Conductive joint production
Quick replacement of welded studs (repair)

5.Blind rivet technology

Working principle:
The blind rivet consists of two parts: a rivet and a mandrel. The rivet body includes a nail head and a mandrel. The rivet passes through the pre-opening hole, and the mandrel is pulled down by an external force, and the rivet body is pressed into place. There is a preset break point on the nail core. After the rivet is deformed into position, the nail core will break at the break point to form a non-detachable connection.

Construction on one side of the connector
Large clamping force eliminates inter-plate clearance
High tensile strength, multi-drum accumulation
Excellent hole filling ability, high shear strength
