Online quality monitoring and quality data management 

 

 

Online quality process monitoring and management technology: monitor each riveting point in real time during the production process, perform one inspection per riveting point, and control and prevent batch defects through online quality management. The parameters and result parameters set in the production process are collected and stored in the server for retrospective management. It not only ensures the quality, but also provides technical support for the later optimization design, and professionally guarantees the quality of riveting.

 

Control purpose:Ensure that each riveted joint is under 100% inspection.

Production process monitoring: Pressure-displacement standard reference curve and upper and lower tolerance decision window monitoring. To be monitored online or offline。

 

Storage function: Production data can be stored in a USB flash drive or in a remote server. Data can be exported in a variety of ways (CSV, PDF, XML), and can be flexibly set as needed.
